FoW armor can cost up to 1.2M (million) with warrior anyway. Id rather just buy 100 armor in factions really....15k armor is really a luxury and buying it will only leave you to later dissapointment (spelling?) when new armor comes out....

with only 300k in my pocket..

i'd buy some keys and go chest running...double or triple that money then buy some 15k armor and decent weapons

steer clear of the "fads" like mini pets cause they are useless

Meh, the only reason I get 15k is I like the way my character looks in them, I don't think it's really worth bragging about.

I haven't even thought about FoW armor mainly because I think most of them look really lame. There are only a few that I actually like. And about half of those I don't "like" so much as I dislike all the other armors for the class.

The only one I'd want is the warrior, because I like that one (though I prefer my dragon set), and I could get gladiator set stats without the awful, awful look of gladiator armor. Although, with Factions out, I'd rather have the 15k Kurzick skin, anyway.

I believe it's both that they can see using the "spirit realm," and so they want to rely on that and not be distracted by anything physical.

I do have to say that a while ago I bought my elementelist some max 1.5k Shing Jea style armor, and dyed it red. I love the way it looks, and from some screens I've seen of FoW armor, I think I like my armor better. The only reason, I admit, for me to get that kind of armor would be the prestige. lol

I'd buy armor/weapons.

Spend the rest on beer.

Armor, weapons, and beer, what else could you possibly want or need in a fantasy game? Really, just buy the best looking max stuff you can find. Once you've got all the fuctionality you could need, go for vanity! 15K! Fellblades! Shadow blades! w/e you want.

Maybe buy a 15k set, if you've got your eye on one. Shore up any weaknesses of your characters.

Ask yourself these kind of questions:

Do you *need* a perfect Mursaat Hornbow? or will any gold max 15^50 hornbow work?

Do I *need* new runes?

Do I need new armor or a *different* set with different stats?

Does it *need* to be dyed black?

etc..... basically save as much as you can, for the things you DON'T know that you want yet!
I got a better one.. Do i *need* to make my necro look deadly by giving her 15k tormentor armors?

Hell ya. I can see myself getting that drunkard title easy with 300k. Time is nothing compared to $ for me at least.

A more realistic idea (what I would do):
- Armor. There is a reason so many people have said this. My characters aren't good for much, so Id make them Pvp-able..2 more armor sets each and new weapons.

- The rest I would save. Id get some scrolls for xp farming, and eventually get as many skills as possible.

THAT..or get black 15k for your characters. Thats your decision though.

If ecto and shards ever dipped to 1k then FoW would be a possibility. As it stands now I think you'd need around 1 million to buy all the materials you needed for a full FoW set.

If you have the plats/globs then by all means go for it, but this dude only has 300k so he should be careful.

I agree with the suggestion of investing in a good farming build. Honestly with rune prices dropping so significantly and the fact that you can make any character within a day in Cantha... there's nothing stopping you from making a farming character. It may pay for itself especially if you're going after shard/ecto drops.

ritualists wear blindfolds so as not to be distracted while summoning spirits. the naked ele dance could cause even the most chase ritualist to lose concentration and summon a very powerful demon that could eat his whole party.
